Security Council Meets on Situation in Great Lakes Region

Vanessa Frazier (left), Permanent Representative of Malta to the United Nations and President of the Security Council for the month of April, chairs the Security Council meeting on the situation in the Great Lakes Region. The Council heard a report of the Secretary-General on the implementation of the Peace, Security and Cooperation Framework for the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the Region.
