Representatives of Luxembourg and Australia Brief on Syria Statement

Sylvie Lucas (left), Permanent Representative of Luxembourg to the UN, and Gary Quinlan (second from left), Permanent Representative of Australia to the UN, brief correspondents on the presidential statement unanimously adopted by the Security Council this morning. Concerning the humanitarian situation in Syria, the statement calls for, among other issues, unfettered access to those in need and the protection and respect of humanitarian personnel.
