Secretary-General Addresses Counter-Terrorism Committee

Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon (centre) addresses the Counter-Terrorism Committee commemorating the adoption of Security Council resolution 1373 (2001) and the establishment of the Committee. He warns that the threat is still as great as it was at the time of the 2001 attacks against the United States.
