U.K. Representative Briefs Press following Veto on Syria Draft Resolution

Mark Lyall Grant (second from left), Permanent Representative of the United Kingdom to the UN, speaks to the press following the Security Council's consideration of a draft resolution strongly condemning ongoing violence by Syrian authorities against civilian protesters. The draft resolution was vetoed by two of the Council's permanent members, China and the Russian Federation.
