Assembly Pays Tribute to Past President Harri Holkeri

Simona Mirela Miculescu, Permanent Representative of Romania to the UN, speaking on behalf of the Eastern European Group of States, pays tribute to Harri Holkeri, President of the fifty-fifth session of the General Assembly and former Prime Minister of Finland, who passed away earlier last month.
