Néstor Osorio, Permanent Representative of Colombia to the UN, speaking on behalf of the Latin American and Caribbean Group of States, pays tribute to Harri Holkeri, President of the fifty-fifth session of the General Assembly and former Prime Minister of Finland, who passed away earlier last month.
